TICKETING & RESERVATION PROCESS

Effective Date: September 2026
Last Updated: September 2026

At Right Fare Match, our reservation and ticketing process is designed to provide customers with clear travel information, material booking conditions, pricing information, and an opportunity to authorize a transaction before it is completed.

Right Fare Match is an independent Online Travel Agency (OTA) operated by Plane To Paradise LLC.

We facilitate eligible Flight, Car Rental, and Cruise reservations using inventory and services available through airlines, travel providers, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), NDC connections, supplier APIs, consolidators, wholesalers, fare dealers, distributors, and other legitimate travel-industry sources.

Depending on the travel product and customer requirements, a reservation may be completed through:

The exact process depends on the travel product, inventory source, supplier requirements, and method selected by the customer.

1. ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS

Online booking may be available for eligible travel products offered through Right Fare Match.

Flight reservations are the primary travel product that may be available through direct online search and booking.

Step 1 – Search for Travel

Customers begin by entering their travel requirements.

For flights, search information may include:

Right Fare Match may obtain available travel inventory through:

GDS | NDC Connections | Supplier APIs | Airlines | Consolidators | Wholesalers | Fare Dealers | Distributors | Other Travel-Industry Sources

Travel inventory is dynamic.

A fare or itinerary appearing in search results does not guarantee that the same price or availability will remain available until the reservation has been successfully completed.

2. SELECT YOUR TRAVEL OPTION

Customers can review available travel options and select an itinerary that matches their travel requirements.

Depending on the product, information presented may include:

Customers should carefully review the selected itinerary before continuing.

3. TRAVELER INFORMATION

After selecting an eligible travel option, customers may be asked to provide information necessary to complete the reservation.

For flight reservations, this may include:

Passenger Names

Passenger names should match the government-issued identification or travel document that will be used for the journey.

Customers are responsible for reviewing names carefully before completing the reservation.

Airlines may restrict or charge for name corrections after ticket issuance.

A material name change or passenger substitution may not be permitted.

4. REVIEW YOUR ITINERARY

Before proceeding to payment, customers should review their selected itinerary carefully.

This should include checking:

Passenger Names | Travel Dates | Origin | Destination | Airports | Flight Times | Connections | Airline | Operating Carrier | Cabin | Fare Conditions

Customers should immediately correct any identified error before completing the purchase where the booking system permits.

5. REVIEW PRICE & MATERIAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

Before payment authorization, customers should be given an opportunity to review the material conditions applicable to the selected travel product.

Depending on the reservation, these may include:

Customers should not complete a transaction unless they understand and accept the applicable price and material booking conditions.

6. RESTRICTED & SPECIAL FARES

Right Fare Match may offer travel inventory obtained through specialized travel-industry sources.

This may include:

Such products may have conditions different from ordinary publicly available travel products.

Depending on the product, restrictions may include:

Material restrictions applicable to the selected travel product should be disclosed before purchase.

A product being described as non-refundable for a voluntary customer cancellation does not eliminate any refund or consumer right created by mandatory law.

7. CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION

After reviewing the travel product, price, and material conditions, the customer decides whether to proceed.

Right Fare Match does not treat:

as authorization to complete a materially different transaction.

The customer must authorize the applicable transaction before the corresponding payment is processed.

8. PRICE CHANGES BEFORE COMPLETION

Travel inventory and pricing can change between the initial search and final confirmation.

Before confirmation, an airline, supplier, distribution system, consolidator, wholesaler, or other inventory source may change:

If a material price increase occurs before completion, the revised price should be presented to the customer before the materially higher transaction is processed.

The customer may choose whether to accept the revised transaction.

Authorization for one price does not constitute authorization for a materially higher price.

9. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

When the customer decides to proceed, the customer authorizes payment of the agreed transaction amount.

By providing payment information and authorizing payment, the customer represents that:

Where additional authorization is reasonably required, Right Fare Match may obtain confirmation electronically, in writing, by telephone where legally appropriate, or through another suitable authorization method.

10. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Depending on the reservation structure, payment may be processed by one or more parties involved in fulfilling the travel transaction.

These may include:

Multiple or Split Charges

In some legitimate travel-fulfillment arrangements, an agreed total transaction may appear as more than one charge.

For example, one component may be processed by a travel supplier while another authorized component may be processed separately.

Where split processing is used, the combined authorized charges should correspond to the total amount agreed to by the customer, except where the customer subsequently authorizes another transaction or service.

11. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN CONFIRMATION

A successful payment authorization or payment request does not by itself guarantee that a travel product has been successfully ticketed or confirmed.

Travel reservations may remain subject to:

Customers should rely on the applicable final confirmation rather than solely on a payment authorization.

12. FLIGHT TICKETING PROCESS

After customer authorization, an eligible flight reservation may be submitted for ticketing.

Ticket issuance may be completed through:

The reservation remains subject to successful ticket issuance.

13. PENDING TICKETING

Certain flight reservations may require additional processing before ticket issuance.

A booking may temporarily remain pending because of:

Customers should not assume that an e-ticket has been issued until ticket confirmation has been provided.

14. IF A FARE BECOMES UNAVAILABLE BEFORE TICKETING

Occasionally, a fare selected by a customer may become unavailable before ticket issuance is successfully completed.

This can occur because travel inventory changes in real time.

If the originally selected travel product cannot be confirmed, Right Fare Match may:

An alternative itinerary, fare, or travel product is a new option for customer consideration.

The customer is not required to accept an alternative.

If the alternative carries a materially different price or material conditions, customer approval should be obtained before the alternative transaction is completed.

15. FLIGHT CONFIRMATION

After successful ticket issuance, confirmation information should be provided to the customer.

Depending on the reservation, this may include:

Customers should review confirmation information promptly.

16. WHAT CONFIRMS AN AIRLINE TICKET?

For a flight reservation, customers should generally look for an e-ticket number or equivalent ticketing confirmation, rather than relying solely on a preliminary itinerary or booking reference.

A Passenger Name Record (PNR) or airline booking reference may exist before ticket issuance in some circumstances.

Therefore, the existence of a booking reference does not necessarily mean that ticketing has been completed.

17. QUOTE-BASED / ASSISTED RESERVATIONS

Certain travel products may be handled through a quote-based or assisted reservation process.

This process may be particularly appropriate for:

Submitting a quote request does not itself create a confirmed reservation.

CAR RENTAL RESERVATION PROCESS

18. STEP 1 – SUBMIT CAR RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Customers may provide information including:

19. STEP 2 – WE SEARCH AVAILABLE RENTAL OPTIONS

Right Fare Match may obtain rental options through:

Availability and pricing may change while a quotation is being prepared.

20. STEP 3 – RENTAL QUOTE

The customer may receive one or more available rental options.

Depending on the information available, a quotation may identify:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a vehicle description generally represents a vehicle category rather than a guarantee of a particular make, model, model year, color, or configuration.

21. STEP 4 – CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE

The customer reviews the proposed rental option and decides whether to proceed.

Submitting the original enquiry does not authorize Right Fare Match to charge the customer for a rental reservation.

Where payment is required, the customer must accept the applicable price and material booking conditions before the transaction is completed.

22. STEP 5 – RENTAL SUPPLIER CONFIRMATION

After customer acceptance, Right Fare Match may submit the reservation request through the applicable rental provider or travel supplier.

Availability may remain subject to supplier confirmation until the reservation is successfully completed.

23. STEP 6 – CAR RENTAL CONFIRMATION

Once successfully confirmed, the customer should receive applicable reservation information.

This may include:

24. RENTAL COUNTER REQUIREMENTS

A confirmed rental reservation does not eliminate requirements imposed by the rental provider at pickup.

Depending on the provider and location, these may include:

Right Fare Match does not control the rental provider's legitimate counter requirements.

CRUISE RESERVATION PROCESS

25. STEP 1 – SUBMIT CRUISE REQUIREMENTS

Customers may provide preferences including:

26. STEP 2 – CRUISE RESEARCH

Right Fare Match may research eligible cruise options through:

27. STEP 3 – CRUISE QUOTATION

Depending on availability, customers may receive one or more cruise options.

A quotation may include:

Cruise pricing, cabin availability, and promotional benefits can change before confirmation.

28. STEP 4 – REVIEW CRUISE CONDITIONS

Customers should carefully review the applicable cruise conditions before purchasing.

Cruise reservations can carry significant cancellation penalties, particularly as the sailing date approaches.

Depending on the product, a reservation may involve:

29. STEP 5 – CUSTOMER APPROVAL

After reviewing the cruise option, price, deposit requirements, payment schedule, and material conditions, the customer decides whether to proceed.

A cruise enquiry or quotation does not itself create a reservation.

30. STEP 6 – DEPOSIT OR PAYMENT

Where required, the customer authorizes the applicable deposit or payment.

Any Right Fare Match professional service fee applicable to the transaction should be disclosed before authorization.

31. STEP 7 – CRUISE CONFIRMATION

Once the applicable supplier successfully confirms the reservation, confirmation information should be provided.

Customers should review:

BOOKING BY CALL

32. TELEPHONE-ASSISTED RESERVATIONS

Right Fare Match provides telephone-assisted travel reservation services.

Customers may call us regarding:

33. FLIGHT BOOKING BY CALL

Step 1 – Tell Us Your Travel Requirements

The customer provides relevant travel preferences to a Right Fare Match representative.

These may include:

Step 2 – We Search Available Options

The representative searches eligible travel-industry inventory sources.

One or more available travel options may be presented.

Step 3 – Review the Selected Option

Before purchase, the representative should communicate material information concerning the selected itinerary.

This may include:

Step 4 – Customer Approval

The customer chooses whether to proceed.

Right Fare Match may use appropriate written, electronic, telephone, or other legally permitted methods to document customer authorization.

Where written or electronic confirmation is requested, ticketing may remain pending until the required authorization is received.

Step 5 – Payment Authorization

The customer authorizes the agreed transaction amount.

Authorization for the quoted transaction should not be treated as authorization for an unrelated or materially different charge.

If a material price increase occurs before issuance, the revised amount should be communicated and accepted before the materially higher transaction is processed.

Step 6 – Ticket Processing

Following authorization, the applicable flight reservation is submitted for ticketing through an appropriate ticketing source.

Ticket issuance remains subject to successful processing.

Step 7 – Confirmation

After successful issuance, the applicable confirmation is provided to the customer through email or another agreed communication method.

34. CAR RENTAL BOOKING BY CALL

For telephone-assisted car rental reservations, a Right Fare Match representative may:

Additional rental-provider requirements may apply at pickup.

35. CRUISE BOOKING BY CALL

For telephone-assisted cruise reservations, a Right Fare Match representative may:

Cruise inventory and promotional offers may change until supplier confirmation.

36. WHAT IS NOT A CONFIRMED RESERVATION?

The following should not automatically be treated as confirmation of a completed travel reservation:

The applicable travel product should be treated as confirmed only after the relevant reservation or ticketing process has been successfully completed and confirmation has been provided.

37. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY BEFORE APPROVAL

Before approving a transaction, customers should carefully review all available material information.

Depending on the travel product, this includes:

Customers should notify Right Fare Match promptly if they identify an error.

38. AFTER CONFIRMATION

Customers should retain and promptly review their confirmation.

Flight Confirmation May Include

Car Rental Confirmation May Include

Cruise Confirmation May Include

If information appears incorrect, customers should contact Right Fare Match promptly.

39. POST-BOOKING CHANGES

After confirmation, changes are subject to the applicable travel product's conditions.

A customer-requested change may involve:

Where a new Right Fare Match service fee applies, the applicable fee should be disclosed before the customer authorizes the paid service.

Customers should review our Post-Booking & Post-Ticketing Service Fee Policy for additional information.

40. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on factors including:

A travel product described as non-refundable for voluntary cancellation may have no refundable product value following a voluntary customer cancellation.

However, a voluntary non-refundable condition does not override a mandatory refund or passenger right created by applicable law.

Customers should review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional information.

41. AIRLINE-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS & SCHEDULE CHANGES

Where an airline cancels a flight or materially changes a schedule, the options available may differ from those applicable to a voluntary customer cancellation.

Depending on the circumstances, applicable law, and airline rules, options may include:

Right Fare Match may provide reasonable reservation-related assistance for eligible reservations.

Nothing in our reservation process is intended to convert a mandatory refund right into a travel credit without valid customer agreement where applicable law requires another remedy.

42. THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL CONSULTATION

Right Fare Match may, where available, provide professional travel consultation relating to reservations originally made through another travel provider.

Depending on the circumstances, we may assist with:

An applicable professional consultation fee may apply.

Where a fee applies, its amount and scope should be disclosed before customer authorization.

Providing professional assistance does not make Right Fare Match the airline, rental provider, cruise line, or original booking agent for the underlying reservation.

43. NO GUARANTEE OF SUPPLIER APPROVAL

Where Right Fare Match submits, communicates, or facilitates a request with an independent travel provider, we cannot guarantee that the provider will:

Supplier-controlled decisions remain subject to the supplier's rules and applicable law.

44. CUSTOMER CONSENT & TRANSACTION CONTROL

Our reservation process is designed to keep customers informed before materially different travel products or charges are completed.

Where required for the applicable transaction, Right Fare Match will obtain customer authorization before:

A customer's authorization for an original booking should not be treated as authorization for a later materially different transaction.

45. ALTERNATIVE TRAVEL OPTIONS

Where an original travel option cannot be confirmed, Right Fare Match may inform the customer about alternative available travel.

Providing alternative options does not automatically create a new reservation.

The customer remains free to:

If the customer accepts an alternative requiring a new transaction, the applicable price and material conditions should be communicated and separately authorized before completion.
