These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “Traveler,” “Customer,” or “User”) and Plane To Paradise LLC, operating the Right Fare Match brand (“Right Fare Match,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of Right Fare Match, our website, telephone-assisted services, email-assisted services, reservation services, customer-service functions, and other travel-related services made available by us.
By accessing or using Right Fare Match, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, searching for travel, communicating with our representatives regarding a travel service, making or requesting a reservation, authorizing payment, or purchasing a service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms together with any transaction-specific terms presented before purchase.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not complete a transaction through Right Fare Match.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Right Fare Match is an independent Online Travel Agency (OTA) operated by Plane To Paradise LLC.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Right Fare Match is not owned, operated, sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any airline, car rental company, cruise line, airport, or other travel provider whose products or services may be displayed, discussed, advertised, quoted, compared, or facilitated through our services.
You may accept these Terms by actions indicating agreement, including:

Transaction-specific fare rules, supplier conditions, cancellation rules, payment disclosures, refund conditions, and other material conditions presented in connection with a transaction form part of the agreement applicable to that transaction.

If you make a reservation for another traveler, you represent that:

The provider operating the underlying service remains responsible for matters within its operational control.

Travel inventory changes continuously.
Displaying a fare or itinerary does not guarantee that it will remain available until reservation and ticketing are completed.
Eligible flight reservations may be completed online or with assistance from a Right Fare Match representative.
A search result, quotation, itinerary proposal, telephone conversation, email, or payment request does not by itself constitute confirmation that a ticket has been issued.
Customers should rely on the final booking/ticket confirmation applicable to the reservation.
Right Fare Match may independently determine the retail price offered through its platform.

Unless expressly stated for a particular promotion, Right Fare Match does not guarantee the lowest price available in the marketplace.
Before a transaction is completed, customers should be presented with the material price applicable to the purchase.

Optional services may be priced separately.
Customers should review the total price before authorizing payment.

Right Fare Match may provide reasonable reservation-related assistance but cannot control airline operational decisions.
Right Fare Match may provide car rental search, quotation, and reservation services.

Car rental inventory may be obtained through rental providers, dealers, wholesalers, distributors, intermediaries, APIs, or other travel-industry sources.
A search result or quotation does not by itself guarantee a rental vehicle.

Vehicle photographs or descriptions may represent a vehicle category rather than guarantee a specific make, model, model year, color, or configuration unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

Failure to collect a vehicle may result in a no-show and potential loss of prepaid amounts where permitted by applicable conditions.
Right Fare Match may provide cruise search, quotation, reservation, and related travel-agency services.

Cruise pricing and inventory may change until confirmation.
Cruise reservations may be subject to the applicable cruise operator's passenger contract and other conditions.
Cruise operators control matters including:
Cruise cancellation penalties may increase as the departure date approaches.
Depending on the applicable cruise rate and cancellation schedule, cancellation may result in:
Applicable cruise-line conditions govern subject to mandatory law.
By providing payment information and authorizing a transaction, you represent that:

Depending on the travel product and fulfillment arrangement, the agreed transaction amount may be processed through one or more charges.

Where multiple charges form part of one agreed transaction, the combined authorized charges should correspond to the agreed total unless the customer subsequently authorizes additional services.
We may use reasonable measures designed to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.

Customers should not send complete payment-card numbers, CVV/CVC security codes, PINs, passwords, or other sensitive authentication credentials through ordinary email.

Where a customer voluntarily cancels, refund eligibility depends on the applicable fare, rate, supplier conditions, and mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to override a refund, reimbursement, or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.
Where applicable law creates a mandatory refund or other remedy because of an airline-initiated cancellation, qualifying significant schedule change, failure to provide a purchased service, or another qualifying event, applicable law controls.
Eligible refunds may depend on:
Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method where required or appropriate.
Where portions of a transaction were processed separately, refunds may also appear separately.
Where applicable law establishes a refund deadline, that requirement controls.
Otherwise, eligible refunds will be processed within a commercially reasonable period following approval and receipt of information reasonably necessary to process the refund.
Financial institutions may require additional time before a processed refund appears.
Failure to use a reservation without properly cancelling it can result in a no-show.

Right Fare Match may charge fees for professional services including:
Material Right Fare Match fees applicable to a transaction should be disclosed before authorization.
Right Fare Match fees are separate from supplier charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where expressly disclosed before authorization, a professional service fee may become non-refundable once the requested service has been materially performed, subject to applicable law.

Where the service consists of professional assistance rather than guaranteeing a supplier decision, failure to obtain the customer's preferred supplier outcome does not automatically mean that a properly performed service is refundable.
Nothing in this section overrides mandatory law.
Airlines establish their own baggage rules.
Baggage allowances may vary according to:
A flight price does not necessarily include checked baggage or standard carry-on baggage unless expressly stated.
Customers should review the baggage allowance applicable to their specific ticket.
Right Fare Match does not physically handle passenger baggage.
Lost, delayed, damaged, or mishandled baggage should generally be reported promptly to the applicable operating airline or airport baggage-service desk.
Right Fare Match may provide reasonable reservation-related assistance but does not control baggage handling or airline baggage-claim decisions.
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining documentation required for their journey.
Requirements may include:
Travelers should independently verify current requirements through appropriate official sources before travel.
Right Fare Match cannot guarantee that a traveler will be permitted to:
Airlines, cruise operators, immigration authorities, border authorities, security authorities, and governments determine eligibility.
Customers are responsible for reviewing information before completing a transaction, including:
Passenger names should correspond with the travel documents intended for use.
Corrections after ticketing or confirmation may be restricted or subject to additional charges.
Customers should promptly review reservation confirmations.
If information appears incorrect, contact Right Fare Match as soon as reasonably possible.
Delays in reporting an error may reduce available correction options because supplier conditions and inventory can change.
By submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, making a reservation, purchasing a service, or otherwise requesting assistance, you authorize communications reasonably necessary to handle that request or transaction.

Communication may occur through telephone, email, SMS where applicable, or other channels you provide.
Consent to receive communications necessary to service an enquiry or transaction does not automatically constitute unlimited consent to unrelated marketing.
Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable consent, opt-out, Do Not Call, electronic-communications, and privacy requirements.
Third-party travel products may be governed by supplier terms such as:
By purchasing a supplier's travel product, you may also enter into a contractual relationship with that supplier.
Right Fare Match does not control the day-to-day operations of independent suppliers.

The Right Fare Match name, website content, graphics, design, text, functionality, software, and other proprietary materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Users may access the website for legitimate personal travel-related purposes.
Without authorization, users may not:
Names, trademarks, logos, service marks, and other intellectual property belonging to airlines, car rental companies, cruise lines, and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Users must not use Right Fare Match to:
We may restrict access or decline transactions where reasonably necessary to protect customers, suppliers, systems, employees, or legitimate legal interests.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information.
However, substantial travel information originates from third-party systems.
Schedules, inventory, aircraft, baggage information, rental vehicles, cruise itineraries, amenities, prices, and supplier-controlled information can change.
Customers should review final reservation information and applicable supplier terms.
Technical, typographical, supplier-feed, API, pricing-display, or system errors may occasionally occur.
Where an obvious error is identified before completion, or where applicable law otherwise permits correction, reasonable steps may be taken to correct the error.
Nothing in this provision permits Right Fare Match to disregard a binding obligation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be avoided.
Right Fare Match may contain links to independent third-party websites.
We do not control independently operated websites and are not responsible for their independent:

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
Travel reservations may require personal information to be transmitted to airlines, rental providers, cruise lines, GDS providers, consolidators, payment processors, and other parties involved in providing the requested travel service.
Right Fare Match may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, security, analytics, advertising measurement, preferences, and other purposes described in our Cookie Policy.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, applicable consent choices should be provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Right Fare Match does not warrant that:
Nothing in this provision excludes a warranty, guarantee, or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Right Fare Match facilitates travel arrangements but cannot guarantee the outcome of travel.
Factors beyond our operational control may include:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plane To Paradise LLC and Right Fare Match will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from circumstances for which such damages may lawfully be excluded.
Any monetary limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or another category of liability that applicable law prohibits from being limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Right Fare Match will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plane To Paradise LLC and its applicable officers, employees, agents, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your:
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct, negligence where prohibited, or obligations that cannot legally be shifted.

Providing the booking reference, traveler information, relevant dates, and a clear description of the issue can assist our investigation.
Before commencing formal proceedings, either party may provide written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution.
The parties may attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from taking urgent legal action where reasonably necessary or exercising a right that applicable law does not permit to be conditioned on informal dispute resolution.
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes concerning services provided by Plane To Paradise LLC will be governed by the laws applicable to Plane To Paradise LLC and the relevant transaction, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction's law.
Where a consumer is entitled to mandatory protections under the laws of their place of residence or another applicable jurisdiction, this provision does not deprive the consumer of those protections.
Subject to applicable mandatory consumer law, disputes may be brought before a court having lawful jurisdiction over Plane To Paradise LLC or the applicable transaction.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive access to a forum that applicable law requires to remain available.
These Terms, together with:
constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of our services, subject to mandatory law.
Where transaction-specific terms expressly conflict with these general Terms concerning a particular reservation, the more specific transaction terms generally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Supplier terms separately govern matters within the supplier's responsibility.
If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the extent reasonably necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver of one breach does not automatically waive another breach.
Customers may not assign contractual rights or obligations relating to a reservation where assignment is prohibited by applicable supplier terms or law.
Plane To Paradise LLC may assign rights or obligations in connection with a lawful corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer of business, subject to applicable consumer and privacy law.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in:
Updated Terms will apply prospectively according to applicable law.
We will not use a later website update to retroactively impose a materially different charge or contractual obligation on a completed transaction where doing so would be unlawful or where the customer did not agree to that obligation.
Where legally permitted, notices, confirmations, disclosures, receipts, and other transaction information may be provided electronically.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the email address or communication channel supplied for the reservation.
Headings are provided for convenience and organization and do not independently alter the substantive meaning of these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature are intended to continue following completion or termination of a transaction may survive, including applicable provisions concerning:

UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE, RIGHT FARE MATCH IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH, ENDORSED BY, SPONSORED BY, OWNED BY, OR OPERATED BY ANY AIRLINE, CAR RENTAL COMPANY, CRUISE LINE, OR OTHER TRAVEL PROVIDER REFERENCED THROUGH OUR SERVICES.
TRAVEL PROVIDERS REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATING AND SUPPLYING THEIR UNDERLYING SERVICES. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY ARE DYNAMIC, AND CUSTOMERS SHOULD REVIEW THE TOTAL PRICE, PROVIDER, ITINERARY, AND MATERIAL BOOKING CONDITIONS BEFORE AUTHORIZING A PURCHASE.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO WAIVE, RESTRICT, OR EXCLUDE A CONSUMER RIGHT OR BUSINESS OBLIGATION THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE WAIVED, RESTRICTED, OR EXCLUDED.
